30-Day Limited Manufacturer Warranty All Yocaher custom skateboard decks are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. What is covered: We will replace any custom deck that experiences delamination due to defects in the factory wood-bonding process or structural glue failure. Custom Artwork & Return Policy ⚠️ IMPORTANT: All Custom Sales Are Final After Artwork Approval Because each custom deck is uniquely manufactured to print your specific graphics, logos, or photo designs, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once you have approved the digital artwork proof. Review Your Proof Carefully: Please thoroughly inspect your digital proof for layout, cropping, spelling, resolution, and color placement before submitting your final approval. Yocaher is not responsible for errors present in the user-approved artwork file. Defect Claims: If your custom deck arrives with a physical manufacturing flaw or structural defect out of the box (unrelated to the artwork itself), please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue so we can fast-track a replacement for you.
